General Requirements

• Experience with an Operator is a plus (West Siberia)
• International exposure
• Working level English is a requirement
• Suitability for a small Company environment
• 15+ years of experience required

Other Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a management or supervisory role with an oil and gas exploration and production company
• Good and effective communication skills particularly in a multi-cultural working environment
• Excellent organizational skills

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Ensure compliance with company quality, health, safety, security and environmental policies.
• Execute assigned projects to deliver within schedule and, risk-based cost estimate
• Engineering support for the realisation of capital construction projects in the field
• Prevent conflicts and optimise use of available resources (people, money and equipment)

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of capital construction works in the field
• Management of material issued to construction contractor
• Manage clashes in construction scope
• Manage contracts and contractors, avoiding claims
• Manage schedules, mitigate uncertainties and associated risks
• Together with drilling, fracturing and completions, coordinate and manage an integrated plan
• Ensure that all sub contractors work in a safe manner
• Uphold Company policy and perform work to Company standards
