General Responsibilities:

• The Commissioning PTW coordinator will be in charge of all PTW related to Commissioning and has to be able to external interfaces related to the execution of the commissioning activities. This include other LNG plant Contractors (Inlet Facilities, infrastructure and power Generation) as well as Russian authorities (RTN in particular).
• Responsible for day-to-day coordination of the Permit to Work/Control of Work Process within their area of responsibility in the construction site;
• Ensuring compliance with the site Permit to Work and Energy Isolation procedures;
• Liaising with site Area Authorities to identify potential SIMOP clashes and acting as Coordinator for control of permits issued within the affected areas.
• Liaising closely with the Preforming Authorities when planning permits; to ensure that the appropriate hazards and controls have been identified for that task.
• Confirming that all Preforming Authorities understand the scope and controlling relevant to the task.
• Ensuring that appropriate gas tests, isolation checks have been performed for any task.
• Ensuring all prerequisite control measures have been put in place prior to a permit being issued.
• Reviewing the coordination of isolation implementation, controlling isolation and ensuring isolation is properly removed after completion of work.
• Coordinating worksite inspections are performed: before, during and after completion of each task.
• Issuing and revalidating permits.
• Ensuring that permits are closed and filed appropriately on completion of a task.
• Active participation in the site PTW auditing system.
• Validating audit findings and implement audit actions.
• Ensuring adequately detailed shift handovers between Permit to Work/Control of Work team take place.

Requirements:

• Experience of Permit-to-Work and Control Work Systems in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Conversational English;
• Knowledge of hazards associated with construction and commissioning of oil & gas facilities;
• Ability to apply and ensure compliance of site Permit to Work and Energy Isolation procedures;
• Ability to interpret and understand P&IDs, Electrical Schemes, LOTO procedure and other engineering drawings.
