Job Summary:

• Coordination with subcontractors in matters of air transportation.
• Overall assistance to Site Administration Team.
• Issue of requests to CPY for air transportation of subcontractors’ employees to/from Sabetta.
• Overall coordination with subcontractors for arrivals and departures of their staff, accommodation and transporation on Site.
• Distribution of stationery.
• Preparation of letters, work with correspondence, various documents, tables, reports, presentations, etc., following needs of the department.
• Written and oral translation.
• Comprehensive assistance and overall support in miscellaneous tasks of Site Administration Team.
